Please refer to our detailed sizing chart. We recommend measuring your pet's length from neck to tail and height from floor to shoulder. For safety and comfort, your pet should be able to turn around and lie down naturally.
What is your return policy for fashion carriers?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on carriers that show signs of pet hair, odors, or use.
How do I clean and maintain my carrier?
The exterior can be wiped down with a damp cloth and mild soap. Many of our models include a removable, machine-washable fleece bedding pad to keep the interior fresh and cozy for your pet.
