Prepare the Carrier
Ensure the carrier is free of pet hair and debris, then place it securely back in its original box with all tags and accessories included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
